At the Federal Reserve, she conducted the nation’s monetary policy as a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, regulated banks, monitored threats to the nation’s financial stability, and oversaw the nation’s payments systems. Prior to her service at Treasury, Raskin was a governor of the Federal Reserve Board from 2010 to 2014. Her efforts, including leading the development of the G-7 Fundamental Elements of Cybersecurity for the Financial Sector, contributed to a more secure and resilient financial sector in the face of increasingly frequent and sophisticated threats.
